Ultra Violet (UV-C) light and UVGI
Ultra Violet (UV) light is invisible to the naked eye, within the Ultra Violet C band a portion of the light is germicidal meaning it can kill bacteria and viruses with nothing more then light. No chemicals, no rags, sprays, mops or tools needed.
UVGI (Ultra Violet Germicidal Irradiation) is the process of using UV-C light to kill micro organisims.
Please read: www.no-touch.ca/uvgi for an explanation of UV-C and UVGI.
The Service No-Touch Disinfection offers.
What does No-Touch Disinfection do?
We use powerful Ultra Violet (UV-C) lights that are able to kill 99.99% of viruses and bacteria on hard surfaces, floors, walls, ceilings and in the air. These same lights (in a bigger scale) are used today in Hospital Operating rooms and medical facilities all over the United States. The Vancouver Hospital is currently piloting the technology and is having very successful results. We bring this mobile service to your home or workplace and deliver the same proven results found in medical establishments.
This is a “No-Touch”, method of Disinfection that requires no toxic chemicals, leaves no residue and is EPA tested. This method is truly a GREEN alternative.
The Difference between Cleaning and Disinfecting and the common mistakes almost everyone makes.
In speaking with customers and as well as in our own experience within our homes, we have learned that almost everyone is mislead by the marketing of cleaning/disinfecting chemicals which claim to so something for example kill Influenza or 99.99% of viruses and bacteria. Well they are capable of achieving this but ONLY when used as directed, this is where the problem lies.
Please read: www.no-touch.ca/difference for the difference between Cleaning and Disinfecting, with the information in this document alone, you should be able to tweak your current routine to become much more effective with the same products you use today. We also explain some valuable information on the most common cleaning products found in almost every home/business.
How long some of the Bacteria and Viruses can live in your home or workplace waiting to be touched.
Some organisms can live a long time waiting for an unsuspecting victim to touch and spread them.
Influenza – lives on a surface for 72 hours.
MRSA – *Superbug can live on a surface for 7 months.
Norovirus – lives on a surface for 12 days.
E.Coli – lives on a surface for 16 months.
Slamonella – lives on a surface for 50 days.
Klebsiella pneuminiae – *Superbug lives on a surface for 30 months.
* – Superbugs are bacteria that have developed a resistantance to antibiotics making it difficult to treat or cure infections that were once easily treatable.
This is just a partial list, there are many more. The purpose is to inform you that some of these micro organisms can hide in your home or workplace for a long period of time. No-Touch has the solution.
Where the No-Touch Service is best utilized.
In our home or office as well as everywhere else people congregate, there are always going to be bacteria and viruses present. These bacteria and viruses multiply and spread quickly waiting for someone to touch them and move them to other areas. Proper personal hygiene (hand washing) is paramount in the war to reduce illness.
On our main page www.no-touch.ca scroll down to the “Applications”, section, you can click the Office and Home/Residential tabs to learn some startling facts about bacteria and viruses in our homes and workplaces, like where the most contaminated areas are, and toilet isn’t even on the list.
How much will the service cost?
We hope we were able to shed some light on a new method available to reduce the ever increasing number of bacteria and viruses present in our daily lives. Our goal at No-Touch Disinfections is not to create a sterile environment in your home or workplace, it is to reduce the micro-organisims to a more manageable level on an ongoing basis and through ongoing treatments keep those levels from growing out of control.
We price our service in ‘units’. One unit includes the placement of 5 lights for a duration of 60 minutes.
For this campaign we are offering Jerry’s customers a first time customer discount of 60% off the ‘one time treatment’ price of $249.
Pay only $99.
